Try Remembering Your Dreams
Our subconscious mind talks to us not only through our gut feelings, but also through our dreams. Once you begin to pay attention to your dreams, you will gain very valuable insight into your life. Dream recall can be hard in the morning, but it will become easier when you train your brain to reflect on them first thing in the morning.This is very good way to start the tunning process with you inner self.
I do slow awakening. Rewinding each segment of my dreams,concentrating on images,symbols,colors,feelings picked up from certain dream occurrence. In time it will be like a morning mental routine. But,it takes time. And a lot of concentration and self control.
Have a notebook next to your bed, so when you are awake in the morning, you can write down your first thoughts and journal about the dreams you had. You might be surprised to find some creative solutions coming to you through your dreams.
Just calm within,and your answers will come sooner than you have expected! Tunning with your intuition is a slow process but priceless further on!
