There are times when life hits you so hard, that is really difficult to stay positive and to move on. There are so many articles about this subject, still, you think its not sufficient enough to find the answers .
The truth is – answers lies within you. You just need to dig enough and do some soul searching, in order to find the answers you are seeking so badly.
Yes, life can hurt us in so many stages of our lives, that we feel lost sometimes. In such moments, staying positive is the last thing on your mind.
Yet, you shouldn’t just give up. You really need to find a way to rewire your mind and the way of thinking, so you can redo everything from scratch, and of course – stay positive.
This is a long-term process which require a total mindset remodeling if you want to “get out of it”. And sometimes you need some guidance to do this and continue with your life as you used to.
Your attitude defines the way you live through it, being the root of all your hopes, successes, failures and actions .
Being aware of all your thoughts and actions, makes you a key holder to your own success and problem solving. They will make you see how you can change.
However, it’s not that simple to switch from negative to positive patterns. This takes a lot of time, knowledge and tremendous willpower.

How To Stay Positive and Happy
There are many ways to change your mindset, and sometimes you can do it by yourself, or seeking for some professional help.
But, before you give up, try to find the answers by yourself. Listen to your thoughts, observe your behavior and establish those patterns.
Write down everything. Keep a diary.
Believe it or not, it can be your savior in times when you read what you have felt at specific frozen moment in time. After a while, and a little bit clear headed – you may find the solution.
There are a many essential habits to be used to reinforce your transformation. And of course, you wanna know them so badly.
Well, here they are.

1.Remain Grateful No Matter What
Life, in many occasions serves many disappointments, but, you shouldn’t see them as obstacles. On the contrary. Those are the lessons you need to learn, so your awareness will rise a few levels above.
Of course, it is difficult to bear, but when you get over it, you’ll see how you’re gaining your mental strength again and you are becoming stronger then ever before.
Stay grateful no matter what.
I’ll tell you an example with myself : as much as “back stabbings” I got, they made me much stronger and a quick problem solver.
I don’t “fall” anymore so easily. Today, I thank all those “hurting” people, because they’ve made me to progress in life more easily.
I have rewired all my thinking patterns and shifted only for the better.
If I have done it – so can you.
2.Feeling Hopeless? Have Faith…
There is nothing worse than feeling hopeless, and of course, losing faith is something that comes natural. But, it is something never to be lost in any situation.
Believing in a better tomorrow is something you need to “tattoo” in your mind. Faith is the most powerful driving force on earth.
Was, is and it will be.
Everything happens for a reason, and at the best timing the Universe has set for you. Even though you may think it is too late for some things in life, believe me – the timing is perfect.
Always have faith and hope only for the best.
3.The Power Of Positivity
Don’t underestimate the power of positivity, because if you don’t trust in it, you are left at the mercy of others and circumstances.
Always remember that whatever you are facing, a positive attitude will enable you to perform much better than a negative one.
Pessimism leads to weakness, and that is the last thing you should do.
4.Failures are Blessings
This is real hard to believe, isn’t it?
Well, it is true.
The more you slip, the more strength you will gain to carry on. You’ll get a tougher mindset and you’ll learn that if you stay positive, you will conquer even the highest mountains.
Positive attitude is highly resourceful, finding value in every situation you encounter.
Failures are really blessings. They are there to lead you to the real path, even though sometimes it’s really hard to believe that.
But they are.
5.Learn To Smile And Stay Positive
Another way to trick your mind into being more positive is through smiling.
The simple act of smiling, even if you don’t have anything to smile about, can instantly change the way you feel internally.
You have felt this – for sure.
Smile, whether you are in office, driving your car, or walking down the street, you keep your smile.You will be amazed how your mind reacts to it.
Smile…it is the prettiest thing you can wear.
6.Do Some Kindness
If you look around, you’ll see that not many are fortunate to have a roof over their head, or food on the table. If you have that- you should be eternally grateful.
And if you want to switch to a more positive inner feeling – do some kindness. Help someone in need. The inner feeling of doing GOOD will shift your thoughts to more positive vibes.
Accept the feeling. That’s what you need to get use to.
Positivity is choosing to see the brighter side of life. It is recognizing that both struggle and pain are just one side of a coin, even if they’re all we can see in a certain moment.
It is all about seeing the good in people, even though it can be hard seeing that at times. Don’t hold the bad stuff within, as it will only hold you back.
Release it and set your soul free…
7.Surround With Positive People
It is always the best thing to do. Their good spirit will spread like a virus, and will shift you only for the better. Friends, family, neighbors, whoever you choose, make your surrounding bursting of positive influence.
It will shift your thoughts without even noticing. That’s what you need.
8.Set Realistic Goals
In a moment of being stagnant, it is always good to set some goals, and if you do, make realistic ones. When you have a goal towards you are walking to, your mind is shifting and focusing all your strength on achieving them.
It just comes naturally.
9.Share The Pain
It is really hard to cope with pain all by yourself. It is always good if you have a shoulder to cry on and ease the pain. A good listener is all you need.
Share your struggles – the easier they’ll become.
Share the joy – more you’ll have.
10. Your Home-Your Sanctuary
Make your home to be a place of joy. If needed, surround yourself with positivity quotes, if it is the only way to keep you going through the day.
At the End
Life is a struggle.
You’ll face many ups and downs, but that’s the only way you can learn and grow. The toughest paths always give the greatest blessings, and at the end you’ll see that everything was true.
Each obstacle made you what you are today – the most honorable, empathic, full of kindness and beautiful person you are.
