When our bodies are in state of stress, our immune system gets to be disturbed. And when our immune system is weakened by stress, we can develop certain allergy conditions coming form either soap, cold, heat, body lotions or some types of laundry detergent.
Which signs are pointing out that you are suffering from silent stress?
While you are in stress condition, your body starts releasing the hormone called cortisol which is usually triggered from this condition.
The body’s ability to process the blood sugar and metabolism of fat (protein and carbs as well), can lead to either weight gain or loss of weight. While in stress, people can start engaging themselves in unhealthy habits like overeating or under-eating. And none of them are good.
Stress can cause severe headaches such as migraine headaches which are the worst type. Stress releases chemicals that can cause changes to nerves and blood vessels in the brain which automatically leads to having a headache. When you are stressed out, it is also common muscles to tense which also can cause a headache.
Stress and digestive problems goes hand in hand. Everything you digest will cause acidity levels to rise and heartburn sensations to follow. You might experience gas and bloating symptoms, diarrhea and cramping.
These symptoms are very familiar to me since I get some of them but not all of them at once(while I am under influence of stress which unfortunately cannot be always avoided).

Unfortunately, everything that happens within our body shows up on our face. Acne are not an exception to it. When you’re stressed, hormones(cortisol) are simply bursting in our body, which leads skin glands to produce more oil. The excess oil gets trapped inside the air follicles along with dirt and dead skin cells producing inflamed pimples.
High levels cortisol hormone levels can make you less concentrated, memory problems and can trigger depression and anxiety.
