Mobile Phones Societies
Today, the living can not be imagine without the use of mobile phones. Almost everyone has a smartphone. And sometimes- a couple of them.
We’ve all have become so addicted to them, that we forgot to remember phone numbers by themselves…we use names instead.
Yes,our brains became lazier throughout the years.
Everything is just one step away from us -distance of one single fingertip to our mobile phones. The news, the weather, internet, social networks – you name it.
But, as technology has advanced itself, WE as humans, went one step back.
Yes, it is a necessity in modern living but occasionally we need to disconnect from them for a while. At least for a day.
You Will Be Less Distracted
Let say you work on some serious issue and you get all kinds of notifications on your mobile. Catching up with all your social friends while you are onto important task – is always distracting.
Make the phone on silent, or check it from time to time to respond only to important calls, messages or e-mails.
Put aside socializing and focus on what you do.
Make yourself less distracted and finish your task sooner and faster. You will become more productive.
Yes, You Will Have More Peace
Finally. You will have the peace and quite you seek all day. Try to shut off for the weekends. Not all of them of course, but whenever you have the urge to do it.
Personally, I do it occasionally and I must say- it is very refreshing. I hang around with myself and my pet making some ME TIME which I really need.
If you won’t create a space for yourself, no one will. It is a NATURAL HUMAN NEED to have period of loneliness and contemplation.
It is a loop in time for getting in touch with nature, dive into the wealth of some book, or if you are a blogger – to re-gain your writing inspiration (which I must say we loose sometimes). When you are feeling blocked – take some time off.
Refresh your mind.
And the words will flow all over again.
Mobile and People Connection
Before mobile phones emerged on the market, we use to have so much more personal gatherings and live talks. I still crave for that since I find it as essential for our human kind- TO COMMUNICATE IN PERSON.
I don’t want empty and endless talks over the phone. Of course, if you cannot arrange socializing with your friends, catching up by phone is OK.
Don’t get me wrong.
Still, I would love for all of us to find more time for live one – on – one talk. It is so much better when you can see the person you talk to. You cannot replace that good – live laughter together.
It is a different energy in between.
Why Sharing Every Peace Of Your Life On The Web
For God sake, don’t put everything you do all day(each day) on social nets.
Why on earth you want to do that?
For more followers?
If you are a blog writer it is OK and it goes in favor of your blogging profession, but if you do it as a person and just for fun- think twice.
Exposing you life can sometimes be tricky and you might suffer consequences . Still, if you can’t help yourself of doing that, at least lower the size of it.
Why don’t you keep yourself to be a mystery instead?
Each day technology is improving tremendously and we all try to stay connected one way or the other. Our permanent urge to know everything is going to grow even more.
Why not stop that process from time to time and step back for a while.
The world will still move around even without our mobile switched ON for 1 day. What do you think? Can you try to unplug and see what I am talking about?
You will have the peace and quite you desperately need. And believe me… it really do works wonders!
