This summer, you’ve made a commitment to yourself that you will stick to your program you’ve named as “summer body workout plan”.
It is hot, you are all sweaty, thirsty and heat exhausted, and you are wondering – how on earth you’ll keep that promise you’ve given to yourself…

To begin with, you need to write down a list, something as a summer body workout bucket list, and try to go by it.
It is always much better to have a plan to follow and stay true to it, than wondering without any plan.

Make Clear Goals
As life in general, you need to have a clear goal what do you want to achieve by following your summer body workout plan.
For example, even if you are at start up business, you need to have well prepared business plan to go by. With other words, you need to have clear fitness goals.
Ask yourself what do you want to achieve: to lose weight, not to lose weight but to become more firm and toned…it is all up to you.
Whatever you want to achieve – write down your goals and try to follow them. You can even have an exercising diary, where you can write down all workout schedules and keep track of your progress.

The first thing that needs to be done – is changing your mindset.
You have to set up some standards which you will follow, and if you are 100% determined to succeed – you will!
Always when you reach a goal, take the bar higher and try reaching the next level. You will be truly amazed how much you can achieve, and how your mindset is changing toward gaining more success.
Learn to love your body even though you might not get instant results.
They will come – just stay persistent. It’s only a matter of time. The inner feeling of achievement will be irreplaceable and will motivate you even more when you get to it.
Always take an extra mile…and of course – don’t bounce back – change the attitude instead.

To succeed in something takes a lot of work, commitment and persistence, and there is simply no way around it. And without any commitment to work, you will never be able to achieve any goals.
Before you begin, write down the daily rituals and plans that will help you achieve your goals. Write and exercise dairy where you will schedule everything.
You can write about your meal plans, workout sessions and the outcome, weekly weigh measuring or so…whatever you think it is necessary to keep you going.
And, whatever you do, you should always start slow.
Body makeover takes time and you’ll speed it up by changing your mindset. Few mini changes are more beneficial than going for giant steps and immediate changes.
Success always comes slow, but the glory is eternal! You’ll just have to maintain it further along…
Which small changes you need to do to make this work?
- Drink more water
- Eat more veggies
- Add some more exercise once in a while ( the higher bar we were talking about)
- Change your sleeping habits – go to bed earlier
- Wake up a little bit earlier
- Follow the 10.000 step walking rule
- Cut the sugar
- If you have low willpower, you can always consider attending to summer workout camps near by
- Try to practice more walking instead of driving a car
- Make the stairs you best friend on your way to the office
And of course, you can add some of your ideas here to get you going through.
Are Your Goals Realistic Enough?
Always try to set realistic goals, because if you fail to do so, eventually, you will end disappointed if you have a hard time to achieve them.
Do you know that most people quit, but not because they aren’t seeing any results, but because they aren’t seeing any drastic results?
It takes time!
Be patient and don’t quit – EVER!
One more thing to consider though is that you shouldn’t compare yourself to anybody. This is your journey only, so you better keep yourself motivated enough.
Make It Fun To Be!
Exercising shouldn’t always have to be boring. If you enjoy it – you’ll want some more of it. Isn’t that the case with all the things that brings you pleasure?
And you now what, when you become better at doing of what you are doing, you’ll get the results you are aiming for.
You should always chose activities you enjoy doing, and you avoid having the mindset of “getting it over with”.
Do stuff that pleases you.
Don’t just do what everyone else does. It will demotivate you eventually.
Try to surround yourself with people who are already active and maintain the real image of healthy eaters and life stylers.
Their company will benefit you and you’ll easier get the results you want so badly. Good company can always motivate you more, making you stay true to your summer body workout plan you’ve made months ago.
And finally, as summer suppose to be fun and having a good time, try to make the best of it!
