I have never ever met a person who can say that is happy with own body appearance (except for supermodels of course!). If you pay more attention of you eat, and by switching to a healthier lifestyle – you can change your body appearance which automatically will raise the feelings of pure satisfaction.

As nobody is perfect and don’t have the most beautiful features a face can have, you definitely must have some features on yours that you love.
