Why Doing Chakra Cleansing Meditations are Important
If you want to try to do some chakra cleansing meditations on a daily basis, at first, you need to understand what do they represent and why they’re so important.
So far, you’re probably aware there is a higher part to yourself and you have probably felt it before.
Getting goose bumps for no reason, feeling joy for no particular reason, or being completely out of sorts.
There are seven energy centers in your body that govern your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, and these energy centers are known as chakras.
As there are 7 chakras and they all hold benefits for your overall health and well-being, we’ll explore how each chakra is helpful.
Doing meditations daily with the chakras is beneficial because you’re going to keep them activated and balanced.
This can be greatly helpful in your daily life and here’s how:
If you meditate daily and focus on your root chakra, you’ll be grounded in your life.
What does this mean?
It means that even when life gets stressful, you’ll be able to maintain a calm demeanor.
The root chakra rules your survival instincts. In this day and age, it means you have a greater knowing about yourself and what is surrounding you.
This gives you more confidence and you’ll know instinctively what battles you choose to fight. You feel generally safer in the world when your root chakra is activated and open.
It can also be helpful with your health in that it governs the lower back, spine, kidneys, and bladder.
If you’ve been feeling separate from others or lacking any sense of pleasure in your life, meditate daily to get your sacral chakra balanced.
This is the place where all your emotions sit.
It’s where our feelings and sensations are centered.
If you don’t enjoy sex or feel sensual, it’s often a sacral chakra issue. This chakra will help you enjoy life more through your senses.
You can begin to feel the world and the energy that surrounds you.
You’ll smile a lot more and feel younger.
It is the basis of your well-being. This chakra also helps you with your own identity and how you relate to others around you.
3.Solar Plexus Chakra
Working with your solar plexus chakra through daily meditation will help you bring your personal power to the forefront.
When this happens, you’ll find that there are much fewer obstacles, and doors will open for you in a way never expected.
The third chakra governs your expression, your mental abilities and your power within.
You will stop blaming others and you will take control of your own life.
You will form your own personal opinions and beliefs which means you have started thinking outside of the box.
This allows you to make better decisions, and you become clearer in your thought and more confidence.
In many ways, life gets easier as you begin to rely more on yourself.
The heart chakra is the energy center we feel the most.
If our heart is broken, we are exhausted, being under the weather, orwe are overeating, sleeping too much and feeling depressed – YES, our heart chakra is way out of balance.
On the contrary, when we are in love, our heart gives us unlimited energy.
What if you could give this to yourself?
Through self-love in meditation, you can open your heart up and give yourself that unlimited energy.
It is known as Anahata in Sanskrit, which means “unhurt.”
By practicing meditation and healing your heart chakra from a lifetime of hurt and disappointment, you free yourself from misery.
When your heart chakra is open, you are full of love and you have a great capacity for forgiveness and compassion.
This makes your days beautiful and untouched by negativity.
The heart chakra is right in the middle of all the other chakras and is the bridge from the body to the higher self.
The throat chakra is an important function in that it’s the pressure valve that lets energy from other chakras become expressed.
If you’re not able to do this, it can cause a problem with all the energy centers in your body.
When the throat chakra is balanced, you can express how you think and feel.
That means you get your point across and are more likely to get what you want out of life.
This is beneficial in all your relationships and your work life.
6.Third Eye Chakra
Living with the upper chakras aligned, means that you’re having a full experience in life.
This is where your psychic abilities exist, and this is where you can work with your intuition and your own life vision.
You connect to the part that is higher than you.
This is in many ways important to your daily life because to believe we are just in this meat suit – doesn’t give life much meaning.
Honoring and existing with the third eye chakra, allows you to see the bigger part of yourself.
It is in many ways what makes life so beautiful, this aspect of life.
When you honor it by going to your higher self every day, you’ll feel the difference.
This is the highest part of yourself and your connection to source.
By meditating daily, you will automatically open up the crown chakra. It is your all-knowing greatest self.
When your crown chakra is activated, the ego quiets down.
You have the space to breathe and be in your own body. The crown chakra is what will get you to enlightenment.
Along the journey to that, you’ll have a greater sense of joy and bliss.
As you can see, the seven chakras all work together to create your best self. It’s important that you honor each one of them.
Performing chakra cleansing meditations is very important if you want to balance yourself 100%.
However, it’s not an easy process and it requires time and dedication.
You can also choose to work on one chakra at a time, or you can do the whole series in a day, whatever it suits you.
If you want to improve the process of chakra cleansing meditations, there are some excellent videos that work with the frequencies on each chakra and you can easily find them on Youtube.
But, you can also balance your chakras through foods which you consume on daily basis.
And if you want to be focused on this cleanse process, chakra cleansing meditations are the only way you can feel the level of your energy.
Furthermore, when you realize there’s a pain in some area of your body, focus on the nearest chakra, and start the chakra cleaning process.
For short period of time you will start feeling changes.
This is something you should do whenever you feel dis-balanced, and on basis of your self-analysis, you can easily determine which chakra need your attention.
