Why It Is Important To Be More Than Once
Oral health is part of our overall health chain system. Brushing teeth as everyday habit should be done more than once per day. And why?
Because bacteria thrive on food left on/or in between, and they grow there with a speed of light. If you only brush them once per day, plaque and bacteria will build upon your teeth and it will lead to having a bad breath, tooth decay and probable gum disease.

Whenever you eat foods or drinks that are high in sugar, it will leave a sticky film of bacteria called plaque. The bacteria in plaque creates acids that attack tooth enamel, and eventually the enamel breaks down causing a little hole in the tooth, called a cavity.
