They constantly challenge themselves to become better in whatever they do with clear defined goals towards which they boldly move.

Comparing is not their thing since they like to be genuine in everything they do. Ordinary stuff is not their list AT ALL.

Setting goals and checking on their progress makes them even more inventive and eager to succeed.
Mentally strong person is aware of its own feelings whether they are good or bad. Handling emotions accordingly makes them appear as strong conscious persons, not allowing to be overpowered from any kind of emotion.
Whatever it is, they handle it with dignity.
5.No Runaway From Pain…
These strong people don’t have the urge to prove anything to anyone but themselves. They are their own competitors and if they must endure through pain or discomfort, they will accept it in the purpose of achieving their goals.
6.Preserved Mental Energy
They don’t waste their mental energy for nothing else but for true purpose. Things that are beyond their control are not overpowering them, since they’ve learned the lesson not to bother with things they can not change.The only thing they do is making effort to create better versions of themselves.
7.Handle Weaknesses Well
Everybody has its own weaknesses, so they do to. They don’t run away from them, but they face them with dignity and strive overcoming them.
If they want help – they’ll ask for it. No shame…why would they?
Everybody is good at something and mentally strong persons sharpen their skills thoroughly and case by case. They are humble and not show offs.
If they need to learn, they do it without any hesitation. If they fail, they’ll go much further.
9.Sense Of Responsibility
Mentally strong persons are fully responsible for their lives and they hate excuses of any kind. They want actions and no explanations involved. They always know how to behave and what outcome there will be.
They value their time and other’s as well, and they choose how and with whom they will spend their time with. Values are something they stick to and there are no side roads here.
Maintaining positive attitude even in bad situations is such a great skill they have, because they know it is their lesson to be learned. No mourning over fails, only head up for success.
Having great mental strengths is something to be cherished deeply.
No one is born mentally tough. It comes along naturally from young age to elder days. Different life situations to handle and many awkward situations gives that mental boost and strength within.
You can’t learn that at school. Life will teach you how to become mentally strong person, you just have to follow the lessons.
